Community Relations & Education Manager (CoRe) - Philadelphia Metro (Remote - Philadelphia)

Main Responsibilities:
- Engage with local hemophilia patient organizations to identify patient/family education needs.
- Build community relationships; represent Sanofi at local and national patient events.
- Provide therapy, wellness, and lifestyle education through programs and direct family engagement.
- Develop and maintain territory plans; utilize CRM to manage territory and record activities.
- Provide field insights to home office; represent the patient’s voice.
- Identify new ways to support patients via advisory boards, feedback/brainstorming groups, internal projects, and content development (materials/slide decks).
- Collaborate with Case Managers, Sales, Marketing, Medical, Public Affairs, and Market Access to execute integrated strategies.
- Ask strategic, insightful questions to assess stakeholder needs; use insights with urgency.
- Deliver formal/informal presentations conveying complex hematology clinical information professionally and ethically.
- Apply marketplace/therapeutic/product/disease expertise (mechanism of action, indications, efficacy, safety) and provide market insights/field feedback.
- Foster team effectiveness by sharing knowledge across partners.
- Ensure compliance with Sanofi policies.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years educating patients and caregivers with rare or chronic conditions.
- Reside in the assigned territory.
- Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed.
- Travel up to 80%.
- Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years industry success or 10+ years clinical experience (e.g., ARNP, PA, RN, PT, and/or social worker).
- Hematology and launch experience.
- English required; Spanish preferred.
- Advanced degree in science/business/nursing.
- Industry experience; specialty pharmacy experience.
