Patient Advocacy
Main Responsibilities
- Provide branded and unbranded education to the hemophilia community; support patients/caregivers by reducing barriers to therapy.
- Engage local hemophilia patient organizations to identify education needs.
- Build community relationships and represent Sanofi at local/national patient events.
- Deliver therapy, wellness, and lifestyle education through programs and direct family engagement.
- Develop and maintain territory plans; use CRM to manage territory and record activities.
- Provide field insights to shape strategies and tactics; represent the patient voice to home office.
- Identify new ways to support patients (e.g., advisory boards, feedback/brainstorming groups, internal projects, content for materials/slide decks).
- Collaborate with Case Managers, Sales, Marketing, Medical, Public Affairs, and Market Access to execute integrated strategies.
- Ask strategic, insightful questions to determine stakeholder needs; prioritize with urgency.
- Present and communicate complex hematology clinical information compliantly and ethically.
- Demonstrate expertise in marketplace/therapeutic/product/disease knowledge; share market insights and field feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years educating patients/caregivers with rare or chronic conditions.
- Reside within the assigned territory.
- Willing/able to work evenings/weekends.
- Ability to travel up to 80%.
- Valid driverโ€™s license.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years industry success or 10 years clinical experience (e.g., ARNP, PA, RN, PT, and/or Social Worker).
- Hematology and launch experience.
- English required; Spanish preferred.
- Advanced degree in science/business/nursing.
- Industry experience; specialty pharmacy experience.
