Main Responsibilities:
- Align with cross-functional colleagues to orchestrate resources with Hemophilia Chapters and Foundations; manage relationships as a strategic business partner.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain long-term relationships with Chapter/Foundation Executive Directors and staff, Social Workers at Hemophilia Treatment Centers, and the bleeding disorder community.
- Execute on-label conversations and approved programming (disease state/product) as directed.
- Compliantly collaborate with field teams and patient support services to ensure strategic/tactical cohesiveness.
- Serve as a single point-of-contact to resolve Hemophilia Chapter and community issues.
- Execute customer-centric, needs-based approaches; plan and execute chapter engagements and executive encounters at conferences/field visits.
- Capture and share market insights/feedback; obtain input on brand-related strategies/materials.
- Participate on cross-functional brand teams to provide feedback on strategy, messaging, and execution.
- Plan and execute regional/national speaking engagements; present complex clinical information professionally and compliantly.
- Manage territory Specialty Pharmacy relationships; plan/execute educational programming with SP partners.
- Assist with new educational content creation and updates; meet 1:1 with patients/caregivers.
- Utilize CRM to manage HCP and patient activities.
Qualifications (Basic):
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent presentation/platform skills.
- 5+ years pharma/biotech/healthcare industry experience (NP clinical experience in rare disease/rare blood disorders may be considered).
Skills/Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership; strong organizational/project management; ability to manage multiple projects and execute under tight timelines.
- Ability to travel (60–80%); valid driver’s license; reside within territory or reasonable distance.
