Commercial Project Manager

Role: Commercial Project Manager supporting vaccine product launch readiness at a clinical-stage biopharma specializing in bacterial infection vaccines. Responsibilities: manage integrated launch schedules, oversee critical path milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams (Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Supply, IT), track risks, and develop KPIs; support resource planning, process improvements, and dashboard maintenance. Requirements: MS or BS in life sciences or biotech; 8+ years project management experience in pharma, biotech, or vaccines; expertise supporting commercial launches, including digital tools and cross-team coordination; strong communication and influence skills; familiar with enterprise planning software and project management tools; PMP certification preferred.
