Commercial Operations Sr Manager/ Associate Director, MLR & Meetings

Role: Senior Manager/Associate Director of Commercial Operations supporting Kyverna's cell therapy platform, primarily managing Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes and commercial meetings. Responsibilities: oversee end-to-end MLR review, coordinate cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, manage Veeva PromoMats asset lifecycle, plan and execute conferences and internal/external meetings, and continuously improve operational workflows and KPIs. Requirements: bachelor’s degree; 4+ years experience in regulated industries like pharma, biotech, or medical devices, with strong familiarity with MLR review—preferably in biotech or immunology, especially related to autoimmune diseases. Technical Skills: hands-on Veeva PromoMats or similar platforms, project management, and stakeholder coordination. Preferred: experience supporting medical/legal/regulatory review, organizing commercial meetings, or biotech cell therapy programs. High-Value: remote role (West coast hours preferred), with emphasis on compliance, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, medical, legal, regulatory, market access, and sales teams. Compensation: $175K-$205K annually, plus bonus, benefits, and stock options.
