About The Role:
We are seeking a driven Manager, Commercial Effectiveness to support global sales teams across EMEA and North America. This role executes the commercial operations strategy by focusing on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and sales analytics—ensuring clean, reliable CRM data and impactful reporting to improve sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain CRM data integrity and accuracy across global commercial teams.
- Generate dashboards, KPI reports, and ad-hoc sales analyses for pipeline health, sales performance, and trends.
- Track sales process performance (pipeline progression, opportunity conversion rates, sales cycle time) and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to optimize territory, process, and performance.
- Document and manage business requirements for CRM enhancements; configure and test new CRM functionalities with the IT/CX CRM team.
- Standardize and maintain sales process documentation and workflows.
- Support rollout, user adoption, and training for new CRM features and sales process improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, CX CRM team, Marketing, and other stakeholders to align CRM tools/analytics to business objectives.
- Manage and develop a small Commercial Effectiveness team.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in sales operations, sales analytics, or similar roles (life sciences/biotech preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, or related); master’s preferred.
- Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce.com preferred) and CRM/sales process improvement.
- Experience with dashboards/BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau) highly desirable.

Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; translate data into actionable insights.
- Sales process/CRM best practices and pipeline metrics knowledge.
- Data quality and governance focus; strong communication/interpersonal skills.
- Cross-functional global collaboration; self-motivated; ability to influence without authority.
- English required; travel required (~10%).
