Role Summary
Commercial Business Director for the CVRM Primary Care Team, leading strategic initiatives to leverage scientific capabilities and impact patient care within the Northwest Region.
Responsibilities
- Understand disease states and treatment protocols prevalent in primary care settings and varied healthcare environments, influencing healthcare providers through evidence-based discussions.
- Apply analytical objectivity to focus on prescribing patterns and optimize account strategies.
- Implement resource management strategies to impact lower-scale and high-frequency environments while enforcing accountability within sales plans.
- Establish business objectives, evaluate performance, and deliver results through effective execution of Brand strategies.
- Ensure sales forecasts and operational budgets are met or exceeded within the therapeutic area at a regional level.
- Foster a Growth Mindset, continuous learning, and improvement by using new technology and data insights to enhance patient care and streamline process efficiency.
- Communicate and implement a vision that aligns with broader organizational goals and local priorities of primary care.
- Inspire a culture that embraces curiosity, ownership, accountability, and engagement within the team through mentoring, coaching, and continuous feed forward.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree
- Required: 8+ years of demonstrated Sales or Commercial experience or a combination of pharmaceutical, healthcare, scientific, clinical, institutional, or related industry
- Required: 5+ years proven leadership capabilities and/or people management experience
- Required: A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
