Schedule:
- 2nd Shift 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM Monday to Friday
Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Perform the tablet coating process per production batch record and follow Good Documentation Practices to meet established quality standards.
- Observe machine gauges and equipment calibration status; report deviations to the Coating Supervisor.
- Operate auxiliary equipment used in loading coating pans.
- Clean and organize the coating room; check and verify the weight of tablets received from Compression; report deviations.
- Weigh and divide coating solution into parts as specified in the production batch record.
- Verify coating material dispensed by Pharmacy before preparing the coating solution per the production batch record.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Other duties as assigned.
- Flexible to work extended hours when required.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School or GED (preferred).
- Experience: 1 year or more in a pharmaceuticals manufacturing environment.
- Required: Successful completion of an OSHA-compliant respirator fit test.
Pay/Benefits (as stated):
- Hourly base salary: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.
