Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain commercial leadership coaching frameworks aligned to company values, sales objectives, and field realities.
- Define effective coaching behaviors for frontline and second-line leaders; ensure coaching models are practical, observable, and measurable.
- Develop leadership capability programs covering performance coaching, field execution excellence, account/territory leadership, change leadership and resilience.
- Partner with Sales Training to embed leadership capability into onboarding and ongoing development; differentiate by role (e.g., first-line vs senior field leader).
- Enable consistent field coaching via tools, job aids, and playbooks; partner with Field Analytics & Sales Reporting to align coaching behaviors to performance insights.
- Define and track metrics for coaching effectiveness (adoption, behavior change indicators, performance impact); evaluate outcomes and refine approaches based on feedback and trends.
- Partner cross-functionally with Leadership Capabilities & Innovation, Sales Training, Sales Leadership, Field Analytics & Ops, and HR/Talent Development to align coaching with incentive structures, training priorities, and field operating models.
- Serve as internal subject-matter expert; stay current on coaching/leadership development and adult learning best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MS in Organizational Development (or related) preferred.
- 8–12+ years in leadership development, sales coaching, commercial training, or related roles.
- Experience coaching frontline and second-line sales leaders in a complex, field-based organization; proven ability to create measurable behavior-change frameworks.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority; strong facilitation/communication; cross-functional partnership (Sales, HR, Training, Analytics).
- Familiarity with CRM/performance analytics (e.g., Salesforce); travel as needed (if applicable).
- Experience in highly regulated/complex industries and with large, geographically dispersed sales orgs.
