Position Overview:
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives by executing territory-specific sales strategies to drive utilization in your geography.

Responsibilities:
- Support sales goals/targets across multiple territories virtually (quarterly/annual), adapting to local needs.
- Apply resources (call activity, speaker programs, payer access tools) across virtual/in-person channels; track impact and adjust.
- Engage HCPs and staff via virtual meetings, phone calls, and occasional face-to-face visits.
- Analyze market dynamics and execute against trends affecting the business.
- Develop and execute flexible business/call plans for virtual and in-person interactions.
- Monitor payer access environments; identify pull-through opportunities.
- Serve as a credible resource on disease state, treatment approaches, competitive landscape, and products.
- Collaborate to overcome access barriers.
- Attend industry meetings, conventions, and exhibits as needed.
- Build an engagement pipeline to drive customer commitment and action.
- Take ownership of challenges; resolve problems with customer and organizational implications in mind.
- Set and measure personal/group goals; continuously improve to meet/exceed targets.
- Use business tools/data and critical thinking to build call/business plans.
- Prioritize the customer perspective; implement service practices meeting customer and organizational needs.
- Maintain alignment with vision, values, and compliance standards; travel up to 50% to territories and coordinate coverage/hand-offs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (required).
- 2+ years pharmaceutical/life sciences sales (required); specialty sales strongly preferred (neuroscience/psychiatry; ADHD/pediatric psychiatry).
- Strong account-based selling; experience with formulary pull-through.
- Knowledge of prior authorization; experience with manufacturer-sponsored market access support programs (preferred).
- Valid driverโ€™s license; insurable.
- Proficient with virtual communication tools, CRM, and remote collaboration.
- Ability to cover multiple territories simultaneously and manage hand-offs.

Pay Range:
- $110,000 USD - $130,000 USD
