Position Overview:
- Meet and strive to exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives by executing territory-specific sales strategies and plans to drive utilization in your defined geography.

Responsibilities:
- Support sales goals/targets across multiple territories virtually on a quarterly and/or annual basis, adapting to territory needs.
- Apply resources (call activity, speaker programs, payer access tools, etc.) strategically across virtual and in-person channels; track impact and adjust.
- Engage customers (HCPs & staff) via virtual meetings, phone calls, and occasional face-to-face visits.
- Analyze market dynamics and execute against trends impacting the business.
- Develop and execute flexible business and call plans for virtual and in-person interactions.
- Stay informed on local and national payer access environments; identify pull-through opportunities.
- Serve as a credible resource by demonstrating understanding of disease state, treatments, competitive landscape, and products.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to overcome access barriers.
- Participate in industry meetings, conventions, and exhibits as needed.
- Leverage a sales model to build an engagement pipeline.
- Take ownership by resolving problems and building solutions that consider customer and organizational impact.
- Set and pursue high personal/group goals using measurement methods; drive continuous improvement.
- Use business tools/data with strategic and critical thinking to build business/call plans.
- Prioritize the customer perspective and implement service practices.
- Maintain alignment with vision, values, and compliance standards.
- Travel to assigned territories up to 50% of the time.
- Coordinate with area/regional leadership and other representatives to ensure seamless coverage and handoffs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- 2+ years pharmaceutical or equivalent life sciences sales; specialty sales strongly preferred (neuroscience/psychiatry, ADHD/pediatric psychiatry).
- Strong account-based selling skills.
- Knowledge of strategies to pull through local formulary wins.
- Prior authorization knowledge; experience with manufacturer-sponsored market access support programs preferred.
- Valid driverโ€™s license; insurable.
- Proficient with virtual communication tools, CRM software, and remote collaboration platforms.
- Ability to cover multiple territories simultaneously; manage territory handoffs.

Pay Range:
- $110,000 USD - $130,000 USD
