Primary Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity management.
- Manage Microsoft Exchange (on-prem and Microsoft 365 hybrid).
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Entra ID/Azure AD, Intune, Office 365 apps/services).
- Maintain, patch, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers; support Windows endpoints.
- Administer VMware vSphere/vCenter/ESXi; manage Cisco UCS.
- Configure/support/troubleshoot Cisco switches and firewalls.
- Administer storage platforms (Dell PowerStore, Dell Isilon).
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and security.
- Develop/maintain operational procedures, documentation, and runbooks.

Cloud & DevOps Operations
- Support AWS cloud infrastructure (HA, security, efficiency).
- Implement Infrastructure as Code and automation.
- Build/optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline).
- Support containers (Docker; Amazon ECS or Kubernetes/EKS).
- Implement monitoring/logging/alerting (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus).
- Manage AWS security controls (IAM roles/policies; compliance).
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity; optimize cost/performance.

Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Troubleshoot complex issues; conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Identify automation opportunities; evaluate emerging tools/technologies.
- Participate in upgrades, migrations, and cloud adoption; collaborate with IT/business teams.

Required Qualifications
- BS in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent; 7+ years enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Strong AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Windows Server, Linux.
- VMware experience; enterprise networking/firewalls/storage.
- Practical AWS; scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.).
- CI/CD experience; strong troubleshooting; excellent communication.

Preferred Qualifications
- AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Route 53, ECS/EKS).
- Terraform/CloudFormation; Docker/Kubernetes.
- AWS certification; Microsoft certs; regulated industry experience.
