Position Summary
- The Clinical Trial Navigator (CTN) is a Registered Nurse liaison between Caris Life Sciences and ordering physicians. CTNs review Caris Molecular Intelligence results, prescreen patient eligibility, communicate trial opportunities, and oversee referrals to successful patient enrollment.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to Caris ordering physicians and clinical teams regarding clinical trial opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with Caris ordering sites to support clinical trial needs.
- Review genomic data and clinical information against protocol criteria to assess trial eligibility.
- Communicate key trial information clearly and effectively with clinicians.
- Track patient statuses and conduct follow-up outreach as needed.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation of outreach activities.
- Coordinate referrals through Carisβ Right-In-Time (RIT) Network or traditional sponsor sites.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support the commercial organization and business partners.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum five years oncology nursing experience.
- Minimum five years research experience (oncology clinical trials preferred).
- Strong communication skills to convey complex clinical information professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree (BSN) or higher.
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN).
- Experience supporting industry-sponsored clinical trials.
- Experience with molecular profiling and precision oncology.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (including Excel).
- Experience with CROs and SMOs.
