Clinical Trial Manager/Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Role: Clinical Trial Manager/Senior Clinical Trial Manager leading operational execution of CNS-focused clinical trials at Axsome Therapeutics. Objectives include ensuring trial milestones are met on time, within budget, and in compliance with GCP, FDA, and ICH guidelines. Responsibilities encompass study planning, site selection, subject recruitment, monitoring, vendor management, and ensuring regulatory and audit readiness. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 5+ years (CTM) or 7+ years (Senior CTM) experience in biotech/pharma or CRO environments, with knowledge of clinical research operations, FDA/ICH/GCP regulations, and trial management. Preferred: experience in small biotech, management, and multi-project oversight. High-value details: CNS indication focus, involvement in multiple FDA-approved and pipeline neurological/psychiatric products, on-site presence in New York City (3 days/week), with up to 20% travel, working in a fast-paced, small-company setting. Collaboration: cross-functional study teams, vendors, Clinical Operations, Quality Assurance, and Data Management. Work setup: on-site at Axsome HQ, not remote.
