Clinical Toxicology Technologist Trainee - 2nd Shift

Role: Laboratory Technologist Trainee responsible for specimen processing, testing, and data review in a clinical lab setting. Objectives include ensuring accurate, timely test results and maintaining instrument performance. Responsibilities encompass handling specimens, operating and troubleshooting automated extraction and analyzers (Hamilton/Nimbus, immunoassay, LCMS), adhering to SOPs, and performing quality control and maintenance tasks. Qualifications: Bachelor's in a Chemical or Biological Science, Clinical Lab Science, or Medical Technology; 3+ months of lab testing experience preferred. Certifications like ASCP or AMT are advantageous. High-value specifics include proficiency with laboratory automation platforms, quality control, data interpretation, and adherence to GxP standards. Collaboration involves working independently and with team members, potentially including training others. Work setup is on-site in Phoenix, AZ, with a schedule of Tuesday-Saturday, 2pm-10:30pm, including overtime and shift differential. Flexibility for additional shifts or overtime is required.
