Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance of study conduct (ICH/GCP, country regulations, company SOPs, quality standards, and adverse event reporting) for assigned protocols and sites.
- Act as primary site contact/site manager across all study phases; develop and expand territory by finding/developing new sites.
- Conduct remote and on-site monitoring/oversight to ensure data integrity and protection of subject rights/safety/well-being.
- Perform site visits (validation, initiation, monitoring, close-out) and prepare timely, accurate contact reports.
- Collect/review/monitor required regulatory documentation for start-up, maintenance, and close-out.
- Communicate with investigators/site staff on protocol conduct, recruitment/retention, deviations, regulatory documentation, audits/inspections, and site performance.
- Identify/resolve quality/compliance issues and escalate per CRA Escalation Pathway.
- Maintain documentation in CTMS/eTMF and other systems; support audits/inspections and co-monitoring as needed.

Extent of Travel / Requirements
- Travel 65%–75% (~2–3 days/week), domestic and international.
- Current driver’s license required.

Qualifications / Education
- Associate’s (scientific/healthcare) + 5+ years healthcare experience, including 2+ years direct site management/monitoring (bio/pharma/CRO); or
- Bachelor’s (or above) + 2+ years direct site management/monitoring (bio/pharma/CRO).

Core/Behavioral Expectations
- Fluent in local language(s) and English; strong communication.
- Strong GCP/ICH and knowledge of country/regional guidelines; good documentation practices.
- Proven site management/monitoring with independent judgment; strong IT and data/metrics analysis; root-cause analysis with corrective/preventive actions.

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable)
- Salary range: $96,200–$151,400; annual bonus/long-term incentive (if applicable); comprehensive benefits (medical/dental/vision, retirement/401(k), paid time off).
