Field-based Clinical Representative (Chicago, IL) β€” Clinical Sales specialty physician (commission).

Purpose
- Support procedural excellence, customer education, and utilization growth for MONARCH Platform for Urology (robotic-assisted urology system for endoluminal and percutaneous access across the urinary tract).

You Will Be Responsible For
- Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff using Monarch Urology in hospital/ambulatory surgery center settings.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through clinical support, training, education, and responsive service.
- Support account development to build clinical confidence, increase user competence, and drive system/disposable utilization.
- Assist with product/clinical demonstrations, launch planning, training events, and customer education.
- Identify educational opportunities to improve customer proficiency, procedural efficiency, and adoption.
- Partner with Area Sales Leader and Regional Business Director on business objectives, account plans, and referral development.
- Liaison between customers and internal teams; escalate issues and report technical concerns/complaints.
- Maintain expert product knowledge and understanding of kidney stone treatment workflows and procedural best practices.
- Maintain professionalism, service, and compliance in customer interactions.
- Lead/support account-level sales to ensure products are purchased and in-stock for procedures and account growth.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years relevant experience (or associate degree/medical certification + 5+ years).
- Clinical, medical device technical and/or sales, procedural support, operating room, or healthcare-related experience.
- Preferred: urology/endourology, surgical robotics, or other highly technical procedural specialty.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate technical/clinical concepts to physicians and clinical staff.
- Strong customer service, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work across hospital departments and ambulatory surgery centers including live cases and protective equipment.
- Hospital credentialing and compliance with customer access requirements.
- Travel up to 90% (including overnight) within assigned territory; valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work in a regulated environment.

Benefits/Compensation (if applicable)
- Expected base pay: $90,000 (Senior Clinical Representative) or $70,000 (Clinical Representative).
