Clinical Program Lead

Role: Lead clinical operations and data management for FMI-supported clinical trials, ensuring seamless study execution from intake through close-out. Responsibilities: manage study planning, start-up activities, trial execution, sample logistics, data quality, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication; oversee budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or 4+ years in clinical trial/data management; minimum 2 years in clinical research in life sciences. Preferred: advanced degree, 3+ years in biopharma or diagnostics, experience in oncology trials, genomics data, CRO or lab vendor environments, and knowledge of ICH GCP, HIPAA. High-Value: clinical trial operations, data management, genomics/sample oversight, oncology focus, global GCP compliance, stakeholder engagement.
