Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to)
- Develop and maintain strong clinical/scientific integrity with local, regional, and national advanced practice KOLs plus other HCPs to facilitate meaningful scientific discussions
- Identify knowledge gaps across diverse clinical practice settings and provider types to provide appropriate scientific education
- Educate across a continuum that includes disease state, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment aligned with Medical Affairsβ scientific narrative
- Partner with national and state professional organizations to support education
- Stay current on the latest literature and research within the therapeutic area to enable meaningful clinical/scientific interactions
- Identify and recommend research opportunities and project sites
- Serve as a scientific resource and trainer for internal Neurocrine teams
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with initiatives
- Attend and provide insights from relevant medical congresses
- Provide feedback on and recommendations for resources to support CPLs in the field (e.g., slides, publications)
- Complete required reports and assignments by established deadlines
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements / Qualifications
- Masterβs degree (NP, CNS, PA) or equivalent with 4+ years of similar experience, OR PhD, DNP, or PharmD with 2+ years of similar experience
- Therapeutic area clinical expertise in Psychiatry or Neurology
- Maintains professional license (advanced practice licensure and certification per individual state requirements)
- Ability to represent Neurocrine Biosciences professionally at all times
- Ability to follow fiscal guidelines and adhere to compliance guidelines
- Knowledge of best practices in the functional discipline; familiarity with broader underlying business concepts
- Developing reputation inside the company in area of expertise
- Ability to work as part of and lead laterally on projects

Compensation (as stated)
- Annual base salary: $160,900.00β$220,000.00
- Annual bonus target: 30% of earned base salary; eligibility for equity-based long-term incentive program
