Clinical Oncology Specialist, Head & Neck

Role: Clinical Oncology Specialist (COS) focusing on Head & Neck Oncology within Natera's histology team, responsible for driving adoption of the Signatera ctDNA assay across the Southwest territory, including Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, and Southern Nevada. Responsibilities: develop expertise in Natera's oncology diagnostics, build strategic relationships with clinicians and healthcare stakeholders, conduct clinical and consultative discussions, and execute territory growth plans to meet sales objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of successful medical sales experience, preferably in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine; experience calling on oncologists and related specialists is preferred. HighValue: Oncology (Head & Neck), molecular residual disease (MRD) testing, ctDNA diagnostics, post-IND/Ph1 setting, clinical and reimbursement landscape, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and a focus on personalized cancer monitoring.
