Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) responsibilities:
- Drive peer-to-peer interactions that optimize patient outcomes through end-to-end clinical exchanges.
- Provide a continuum of on-label clinical education/support for HCPs starting or continuing patients on BMS hematology/oncology medicines; educate on unmet disease needs and treatment landscape.
- Develop relationships with oncology-focused Patient Support Groups to present approved presentations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with academic/community HCPs in assigned geography; provide on-label clinical and product education via 1:1, group presentations, and remote channels using approved marketing materials.
- Assess treatment/patient management landscape by meeting with HCPs; understand needs and current processes/protocols.
- Use on-label CNC resources/presentations; present accurately and comply with local ethical/legal guidelines.
- Evaluate CNC impact in accounts and plan follow-up/next steps; adapt quickly to educational gaps.
- Monitor CNC dashboard/account data and adjust activities/business plans to meet goals.
- Deliver on-label educational speaker programs and in-services with commercial partners.
- Provide product demonstrations and infusion support for CAR T sites starting new patients.
- Support initial/ongoing disease area and product-specific training to internal stakeholders.
- Participate in assigned Medical Congress activities; share clinical insights internally.
Qualifications/requirements:
- APP (DNP/APRN/NP/CNS) or MSN or BSN; minimum 5 years clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology.
- Current active nursing license.
- OCN certification.
- Clinical depth in Hematology, Oncology, and Cell Therapy.
- Willing/able to travel frequently (50–75%); fly/drive within/out of territory; work nights/weekends as needed.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license; clear driving record; comply with laws/regulations/policies.
Preferred:
- Nurse Educator experience within bio/pharmaceutical industry.

Compensation (stated): US $142,710–$172,927 (full-time).
