Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) β€” Oncology (Field-based; territory: Detroit, Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, MI)

Responsibilities:
- Drive peer-to-peer interactions with HCPs to deliver end-to-end clinical exchanges that clarify patient identification and management.
- Provide a continuum of clinical education/support for HCPs starting/continuing patients on BMS hematology/oncology medicines; optimize patient management and duration of treatment.
- Educate on unmet disease needs and the current treatment landscape; align interactions with medical strategies and customer needs.
- Develop relationships with hematology/oncology Patient Support Groups to present approved education.
- Build/maintain relationships with academic and community HCPs using approved materials and channels (1:1, group, remote).
- Assess treatment/patient management landscape; demonstrate proficiency with on-label CNC resources and respond to questions in compliance with procedures and ethical/legal guidelines.
- Evaluate impact in accounts; monitor CNC dashboard/account data and adjust activities to meet goals.
- Provide educational speaker programs/in-services; support CAR T infusion and product demonstrations.
- Support internal training (e.g., Commercial, Value Access & Payment) and participate in Medical Congress activities.

Required/Preferred Qualifications:
- APP (DNP/APRN/NP/CNS) or MSN or BSN; minimum 5 years clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology.
- Nurse Educator experience in bio/pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
- Current active Nursing License.
- OCN certification.
- Clinical depth in Hematology, Oncology, and Cell Therapy disease states.

Essential Qualifications:
- Frequent travel (~50–75%); able to fly/drive within/out of territory.
- Valid state-issued driver license and clear driving record; company car provided.
- Ability to work nights/weekends as needed; operate in compliance with laws/regulations/policies.
