Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) Responsibilities:
- Drive peer-to-peer customer interactions to optimize patient outcomes via end-to-end clinical exchanges (patient identification/management).
- Provide a continuum of clinical education/support for HCPs starting/continuing patients on BMS hematology/oncology medicines; educate on unmet needs and treatment landscape.
- Develop relationships with hematology/oncology Patient Support Groups; deliver approved presentations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with academic/community HCPs in assigned geography; deliver clinical/product education via 1:1, group, and remote channels using approved materials.
- Assess treatment/patient management landscape by meeting HCPs; respond to educational gaps/needs.
- Use on-label CNC resources/presentations; answer questions with accuracy/compliance.
- Evaluate impact by account; monitor CNC dashboard/account data and adjust plans.
- Deliver educational speaker programs and in-services (in approved out-of-office settings).
- Provide product demonstrations and infusion support for CAR T sites starting new patients.
- Support initial/ongoing clinical/disease/product training to internal stakeholders; participate in Medical Congress; share insights internally.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- APP (DNP/APRN/NP/CNS) or MSN or BSN; minimum 5 years clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology.
- Nurse Educator experience in bio/pharma preferred.
- Current active Nursing License; OCN Certification.
- Clinical depth in Hematology, Oncology, and Cell Therapy.
Essential/Skills:
- Strong business acumen; advanced communication/presentation skills.
- Experience transferring expertise and influencing protocols; collaboration; established HCP relationships.
- Field role: travel ~50–75%; willing to fly/drive; company car; valid driver license/clear record.
- Ability to work nights/weekends as needed; comply with laws/regulations/policies.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- US $142,710–$172,927; eligibility-based incentive cash/stock.
