Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) responsibilities:
- Drive peer-to-peer customer interactions to deliver end-to-end clinical exchanges that clarify patient identification and management.
- Provide a continuum of on-label clinical education and support for HCPs starting/continuing BMS hematology and oncology patients; educate on unmet disease needs and treatment landscape.
- Build relationships with academic/community HCPs; use approved channels (1:1, group presentations, remote) and on-label marketing materials.
- Assess treatment/patient management landscape by meeting HCPs; evaluate impact of CNC activities and plan follow-up.
- Respond to educational gaps; monitor CNC dashboard/account data and adjust plans to meet goals.
- Deliver on-label educational speaker programs and in-services; provide product demonstrations and infusion support for CAR T sites.
- Support internal training and participate in Medical Congress activities.
Required qualifications:
- APP (DNP, APRN, NP, CNS) or MSN or BSN; minimum 5 years clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology.
- Current active Nursing License.
- OCN Certification.
- Clinical depth in Hematology, Oncology, and Cell Therapy.
Preferred:
- Nurse Educator experience in bio/pharmaceutical industry.
Skills/competencies:
- Strong business acumen; advanced communication/presentation skills.
- Ability to transfer clinical expertise and influence patient management processes.
- Established HCP relationships in assigned geography; collaboration.
Essential role requirements:
- Field-based; frequent travel (~50β75%); fly/drive within territory.
- Valid driverβs license; clear driving record; nights/weekends as needed; comply with laws/policies.
