Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) (Oncology Field Medical) β€” Bay Area Territory

Responsibilities
- Develop clinical relationships and educate key HCPs caring for patients receiving BMS hematology/oncology products in assigned geography.
- Drive peer-to-peer interactions delivering end-to-end clinical exchanges to clarify patient identification and management.
- Provide a continuum of education/support for HCPs initiating/continuing BMS therapies; discuss unmet disease needs and current treatment landscape aligned to medical strategies.
- Support approved presentations to hematology/oncology Patient Support Groups.
- Assess treatment/patient management landscape with HCPs; evaluate impact of CNC activities and plan follow-up.
- Use on-label CNC resources/presentations; respond to questions with accuracy and compliance.
- Deliver educational speaker programs and in-services; provide product demonstrations and CAR T infusion support.
- Support initial/ongoing disease/product training for internal stakeholders and participate in Medical Congress activities.

Required Qualifications
- APP (DNP/APRN/NP/CNS) or MSN or BSN; minimum 5 years clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology.
- Current active Nursing License.
- OCN Certification.
- Clinical depth in Hematology, Oncology, and Cell Therapy disease states.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- Nurse Educator experience in bio/pharmaceutical industry.
- Business acumen, advanced communication/presentation skills, ability to transfer expertise and influence protocols; established HCP relationships.

Essential
- Frequent travel (50–75%); valid driver license/clear driving record; ability to work nights/weekends; comply with laws/policies.
