Clinical Laboratory Technologist - Flow Cytometry

Role: Laboratory Technologist at Labcorp, responsible for conducting routine and complex lab tests, ensuring specimen quality, operating and troubleshooting instrumentation, and reporting accurate results to support patient care. Responsibilities include preparing reagents, performing quality control, maintaining equipment, and assisting with specimen processing within a high-volume clinical laboratory setting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a chemical or biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology, with at least 1 year of testing experience or MLS certification; preferred candidates have 3+ months of experience and ASCP or AMT certification. Work setup: full-time, evening shift (Tuesday–Saturday, 2:30 pm–11:00 pm) in Durham, NC; flexible overtime and shift adjustments as needed.
