Role: Clinical Laboratory Professional responsible for specimen testing, quality control, instrument troubleshooting, and reporting in a high-volume clinical lab setting. Objectives include delivering accurate, timely test results to support quality patient care. Responsibilities encompass performing routine and complex testing per SOPs, monitoring lab instruments, preparing reagents, and maintaining a safe work environment. Qualifications: Associate’s degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology; 1+ years of lab testing experience preferred; ASCP or AMT certification advantageous. Work setup: shift-based schedule (Sun-Tues, 7 PM-7 AM); flexibility for overtime and shift variations.
