Role: The Clinical Implementation Director supports the safe and effective adoption of ImmunityBio's immunotherapy (ANKTIVA) in clinical settings. Responsibilities include provider education on mechanism of action, indications, and administration; operational integration within clinical workflows; identifying and resolving barriers; and supporting site onboarding, reimbursement, and best practices. The role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or healthcare; Registered Nurse license; 10+ years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in oncology, urology, infusion, or specialty therapeutics; prior experience in clinical education, implementation, or product launches is preferred. Skills include strong understanding of clinical workflows, excellent communication, adult education, and operational problem-solving; ability to travel extensively; and adaptability in complex healthcare environments. High-value specifics: Supporting the deployment of an FDA Breakthrough Therapy immunotherapy for bladder cancer, with a focus on provider and operational readiness across healthcare settings.
