Clinical Field Specialist

Role: Clinical Field Specialist (CFS) within the Women's Health sales team, focusing on market expansion and revenue growth through direct engagement with MFMs, OB/GYNs, and Genetic Counselors in South San Diego. Responsibilities: drive sales of existing and new products via prospecting, relationship building, and strategic planning; provide clinical education and technical support; support product launches; and ensure compliance with HIPAA/PHI regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing, or related healthcare field; at least three years of physician sales experience in diagnostic laboratory, preferably genetics; strong understanding of OB/GYN and MFM markets; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Gmail, Salesforce. Skills: excellent communication, organization, and strategic thinking; results-oriented with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
