Clinical Field Specialist

Role: Clinical Field Specialist (CFS) in Women's Health sales, focusing on market expansion and revenue growth through direct engagement with MFMs, OB/GYNs, and Genetic Counselors in Tucson, AZ. Responsibilities: build relationships, develop strategic business plans, support marketed and new products via clinical expertise and training; ensure compliance with HIPAA/PHI; achieve sales targets through prospecting, relationship management, and market development. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing, or healthcare; minimum 3 years physician sales experience in diagnostics or genetics; strong knowledge of OB/GYN and MFM markets; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Knowledge & Skills: effective communication, strategic thinking, self-motivation, consultative sales, and logistical coordination. High-Value: genetic diagnostics, women's health, reproductive genetics, clinical diagnostics, direct sales in OB/GYN/MFM markets, product launches, and training; role involves working independently with some regional travel.
