Clinical Development Scientist, Senior Manager

Role: Senior Manager, Clinical Development Scientist overseeing clinical trials in Internal Medicine, focusing on protocol development, data integrity, safety, and compliance. Responsibilities include supporting study design, safety monitoring, regulatory submissions, data review, and stakeholder communications, with potential supervision and mentorship duties. Qualifications: PhD, PharmD, or equivalent with 1+ years; or MA/MS with 5+ years; or BA/BS with 6+ years of industry experience in clinical research. Preferred: cardiometabolic disease expertise, experience in study start-up to close-out, regulatory and GxP knowledge, scientific publication record, leadership skills, and ability to manage complex projects and teams. High-Value: involvement in biopharma clinical development, study design, safety oversight, and regulatory interactions within internal medicine or cardiometabolic areas. Work Setup: hybrid (onsite ~2.5 days/week) with global travel required.
