Role Responsibilities:
- Work across the organization and cross-functional Global Development Team to lead, develop, and execute the clinical development plan for Enfortumab vedotin in alignment with Lifecycle Management Plan and Integrated Product Plan.
- Accountable for clinical development strategy, trial design, execution, and delivery of trial results.
- Integrate regulatory, statistical, and stakeholder input into study designs.
- Lead product-specific Global Development Team.
- Serve as subject matter expert on clinical issues.
- Endorse clinical development decisions ahead of GPT, senior management reviews, or governance bodies.
- Provide oversight/management of medical director(s).
- Serve as primary interface with Development Review Committee.
- Oversee clinical protocols/amendments, investigator brochures, and clinical study reports.
- Oversee evaluation/interpretation/reporting/presentation/publication of study data.
- Accountable for safety decisions and clinical pharmacology dose/schedule optimization.
- Lead clinical content for regulatory submissions/documents (e.g., NDA, MAA, IND, sNDA, IB, label changes).
- Provide clinical input for health authority meetings, including leading regulator discussions and query responses.
- Support business development initiatives, including due diligence protocol work.
Basic Qualifications:
- Medical degree or advanced degree with relevant clinical/industry experience (typically 4+ years).
- 7+ years industry experience.
- 5+ years leading diverse teams.
- Prior management responsibilities of medical directors or clinical scientists.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Board certified/eligible in oncology or equivalent.
- Experience across multiple phases and oncology drug classes.
- Experience leading NDA, BLA, or MAA.
Work/Travel:
- Ability to travel globally; may require working outside typical hours.
