Role: Clinical Applications Specialist supporting Alcon’s Sales and Sales Support, focusing on training ophthalmic surgeons and support staff on Alcon’s surgical devices for cataract, refractive, and glaucoma procedures. Responsibilities: conduct in-person and virtual technical and clinical training, support product adoption, evaluate training effectiveness through customer feedback, assist with demonstrations at conferences, provide feedback to R&D, train new associates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer support and troubleshooting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years relevant clinical or technical experience, fluency in English, ability to travel 85%, self-motivated with strong organizational and teamwork skills. Preferred: experience with digital health platforms and ophthalmic surgical procedures.
