Role: Clinical Applications Specialist NICU, providing clinical education and training for GE Healthcare's Maternal Infant Care products. Objectives: enhance clinical competence of NICU clinicians, facilitate evidence-based practice, and support customer experiences from pre-sale to post-implementation. Responsibilities: develop product and clinical knowledge, deliver on-site and remote training, conduct pre-sale evaluations, customize training per customer needs, manage post-installation support, and maintain customer relationships. Also, coordinate training delivery with sales and service teams, document activities, and manage travel logistics. Qualifications: 3-4 years of NICU patient care, RN license, Bachelor's degree, 5+ years healthcare experience, willing to travel extensively (up to 100%), proficient in software tools. Preferred: experience educating adult learners, strong communication skills, collaborative attitude, project management experience.
