About The Role
- Drive physician and patient identification, market development, and disease/brand awareness for Cortrophin Gel within an assigned territory.
- Provide disease state education to referring HCPs; support office readiness for patient therapy initiation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (brand, MSLs, Market Access, patient HUB, reimbursement/medical support) to ensure access and logistics.
- Maintain strong product labeling and disease-state knowledge; achieve territory sales targets and business objectives.
- Cold call on targeted specialties is required.

Responsibilities
- Drive demand through clinical selling and education to referring and treating HCPs.
- Build and execute territory strategy and account plans to drive physician/patient identification and brand awareness (Pulmonology); continuously assess opportunities.
- Manage resources, activities, and time to optimize access to highest-potential accounts.
- Build individual account plans for key accounts/physicians to maximize sales results.
- Build/maintain physician relationships via pre-call planning, customized call plans, and post-call analysis.
- Partner externally with key accounts/physicians to retain customers through market development and education.
- Demonstrate integrity and compliance; other duties as assigned.

Skills/Competencies (Required/Preferred)
- Account management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving.
- Product launch experience (plus); knowledge of government and commercial payers (plus).
- Experience working with in-house patient support services (required).
- Familiarity with legal/regulatory pharmaceutical requirements.
- Territory-level business planning (experience).
- Patient services and specialty channel distribution (preferred).

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree in business or science preferred.
- 5+ years rare disease or specialty pharmaceutical sales success.
- Pulmonology experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for events (in-person/virtual).
- Ability to manage a multi-state territory.
- Driver’s license required; overnight travel 40–60% (depending on geography).

Benefits/Compensation
- Base salary range: $160,000–$200,000; eligibility for short- and long-term incentive based on performance.
