Clinical Account Executive - Portland, OR

Role: Field-based Clinical Account Executive (CAE) responsible for advancing AbbVie's oncology and hematology products within the Portland, Beaverton, Salem, Eugene, Bend, Medford, and surrounding areas. Objectives include building trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, and healthcare stakeholders to support product adoption and improve patient outcomes. Core responsibilities involve developing and executing territory business plans, delivering clinical and scientific expertise, ensuring compliant customer engagement, and analyzing territory data for optimal performance. Qualifications: 5+ years sales experience in pharma, biotech, or medical devices; oncology or hematology experience preferred; strong business acumen, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills required; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. Preferred: oncology specialization, bachelor’s degree, account management or healthcare consulting background, leadership experience, or advanced degrees. High-value: oncology/hematology focus, customer engagement in clinical settings, compliance and credentialing requirements, with frequent travel in a territory-based role.
