Clinical Account Executive, Oncology - West Palm Beach, FL

Role: Field-based Clinical Account Executive in Oncology focusing on hematologic malignancies, primarily Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) and Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (NHL), covering West Palm Beach, Melbourne FL, and surrounding areas. Primary objectives: develop strategic territory plans, build trusted customer relationships, and support brand and business goals through scientific and clinical expertise. Responsibilities: execute comprehensive business plans, engage hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and stakeholders with compliant, customer-focused interactions, and collaborate across functions to optimize territory performance using data and insights. Requirements: 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales, medical device, or diagnostics; proven sales success and strategic account management skills; strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly. Preferred: oncology experience, particularly in hematologic malignancies, bachelor’s degree or higher, healthcare consulting or patient-facing experience, leadership background, or advanced degrees (MBA).
