Clinical Account Executive - Oncology - Roanoke, VA

Role: Field-based Clinical Account Executive supporting AbbVie's oncology portfolio in the Roanoke, VA territory, focusing on hematology and oncology (CLL and NHL). Responsibilities: develop and implement territory business plans, build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, and healthcare providers, and deliver compliant, customer-focused scientific engagement. Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize customer experience and continuously evaluate performance using data insights. Requirements: 5+ years sales experience in pharma, biotech, or medical devices; strong business acumen, strategic planning, and customer relationship skills; ability to learn complex scientific concepts rapidly. Preferred: oncology/hematology experience, bachelor’s degree, account management or specialty pharmacy background, healthcare consulting, or leadership experience.
