Clinical Account Executive, Oncology - Phoenix, AZ

Role: Field-based Clinical Account Executive (CAE) managing oncology (CLL and NHL) products in Phoenix, AZ, focusing on strategic customer engagement and driving sales. Responsibilities: develop and execute territory business plans, build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, and healthcare providers, deliver compliant, scientific clinical discussions, partner cross-functionally to enhance customer experiences, and analyze territory data for performance optimization. Requirements: 5+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics; oncology experience preferred, especially in hematologic malignancies; strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and clinical expertise; excellent communication and relationship-building skills; valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly. Preferred: oncology/hematology background, Bachelor’s degree or higher, experience in account management, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare consulting, and leadership experience.
