Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strategic business relationships with oncology departments/practices (oncologists, hematologists, pharmacists, nurses, executives, department heads/managers, and support staff).
- Increase education on on-label product benefits/risks; develop new business; improve resource utilization; grow sales/market share by achieving sales plan for assigned oncology product/indications.
- Deliver on-label technical/scientific presentations using approved data to achieve quota.
- Serve as lead US Commercial contact for targeted accounts in assigned geography; collaborate with AbbVie and co-promotion counterparts (Brand/Strategic Marketing, GPO, Thought Leader Liaisons, MSLs, SPPs) to provide customer support (including site support).
- Build and update strategic/tactical business plans; facilitate site physician/treatment team training; monitor/report sales progress; provide routine communications.
- Serve as key point of contact for account needs; coordinate timely support.
- Participate in local clinician boards/societies/HCP meetings (on-label communication); share key information internally.
- Stay current on clinical, market, and payer developments in oncology.
- Complete required training and maintain adherence to policies/procedures.
- Demonstrate knowledge of approved label/disease state; optimize data/resources/tools to identify opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Business savvy; analytical ability to analyze data and define account/program strategies.
- Leadership without direct authority; experience developing teams.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills; persistence.
- Ability to drive (personal or company vehicle) and maintain valid driverโ€™s license; pass pre-employment drug screening.

Preferred:
- Oncology/specialty/pharma experience; account management; specialty pharmacy.
- Healthcare experience (patients or consulting); people management/leadership; MBA or advanced degree.
