Territory: Candidates must live in Baltimore and Bethesda, MD, Washington DC, and Delaware.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and implement territory business plans aligned to brand objectives and business goals.
- Meet/exceed assigned sales goals.
- Present approved disease state and product information using persuasive selling (per Promotional Policy).
- Use sales analytics and customer intelligence to develop strategic, high-impact plans.
- Execute sales/marketing strategies with cross-functional partners.
- Maintain and deepen hematology/onco disease state and product expertise.
- Collaborate with territory partner and Genmab counterparts.
- Develop and execute a call plan to achieve call metrics and optimize customer coverage/frequency.
- Stay current on clinical, market, and payer developments in oncology.
- Complete required training and maintain adherence to company policies.
- Optimize external/internal tools and data to identify opportunities and program strategy.
- Build and maintain knowledge of approved product label and disease state.
- Meet HCIR credentialing requirements to access facilities (may include background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination proof).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health/sciences/pharmacy/business (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- 3+ years health science field or sales with 2+ years pharmaceutical sales; alternatively 8+ years health science sales with 4+ years pharmaceutical sales.
- Demonstrated networking/partnership skills.
- Excellent organizational/project management and leadership.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
