Role Summary: Reporting into the Division Manager, the Clinical Account Executive for Epcoritamab and Ibrutinib builds and implements territory business plans aligned with brand objectives and business goals, demonstrating strong hematology disease-state understanding and professional relationships across the oncology care continuum.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed assigned sales goal.
- Present approved disease-state and product information using persuasive selling skills (per promotional policy).
- Use sales analytics and customer intelligence to develop strategic plans.
- Execute sales/marketing strategies in territory with cross-functional partners and approved resources.
- Build knowledge of marketplace/territory changes and product/disease-state expertise.
- Collaborate with territory partner and Genmab counterparts.
- Develop and execute call plan to achieve call metrics and optimize coverage/frequency.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and policies; complete required training and adhere to company policies/OEC/Legal procedures.
- Stay current on clinical, market, and payer developments in oncology.
- Demonstrate product label and disease-state knowledge; optimize data/resources/tools to identify opportunities.
- Seek out key information within assigned accounts and communicate implications.
- Meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements (may include background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health/sciences/pharmacy/business OR equivalent relevant experience.
- 3+ years health science field/sales with minimum 2 years pharmaceutical sales; OR 8+ years health science sales with minimum 4 years pharmaceutical sales.
- Ability to network/partner across functional areas; strong organizational/project management and leadership.
- Proven ability managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
