Clinical Account Executive - Multiple Myeloma - Wilmington, DE

Role: Field-based Clinical Account Executive (CAE) focusing on Multiple Myeloma within Delaware and surrounding areas, responsible for strategic account management and customer engagement to advance AbbVie's oncology objectives. Responsibilities: develop and execute territory business plans, build trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, and healthcare providers; deliver compliant, science-driven customer interactions; leverage data and analytics to optimize territory performance; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated healthcare delivery; maintain high standards of ethical conduct and compliance; meet healthcare credentialing requirements. Requirements: 5+ years pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, preferably in oncology or hematology, with strong track record of exceeding targets; demonstrated strategic thinking, scientific proficiency, and relationship-building skills; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly. Preferred: experience with Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies, bachelor’s degree, account management or specialty pharmacy experience, healthcare industry background, leadership experience, and advanced degrees such as an MBA.
