Role Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client and veterinarian service, advisement, and order-taking; use critical thinking to recommend equine supplement solutions.
- Compose clear, friendly, informed, personalized correspondence via email and text.
- Facilitate orders; answer technical nutrition and service-related questions; use solution selling and build client relationships to meet targeted NPS and retention.
- Work with other Advisors and the Client Success Manager with a growth mindset; build technical (nutrition) and operational (systems) knowledge.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality Assurance, and Shipping.

Qualifications:
- Knowledge/background in equine or small animal nutritional products or the equine industry.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Animal Science, Nutrition, Agricultural Business, or related.

Required/Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of equine nutritional products/industry; ability to communicate accurately about equine and small animal nutrition.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail; active listening; basic math; reasoning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Web Mail.
- Ability to read technical/regulatory materials and write business correspondence.
- Some travel required; quiet work environment and internet access.

Compensation/Benefits:
- $28.00–$44.00 hourly (base pay target range).
- Healthcare/insurance beginning day one; 401K match and profit sharing; 4 weeks’ vacation.

Physical Requirements:
- May lift up to 30 lbs; regularly talk and type; read and sit; occasionally stand/walk/drive and push/grasp/reach/stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl.

(Reports to Client Success Manager; advancement to Senior Client Success Advisor based on milestones.)
