Role Summary

Chief of Staff, Teva Global Operations. Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of TGO executive activities, reporting to the Head of TGO Strategy and advising the EVP, TGO to ensure overall organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and orchestrate the execution of the EVP, TGO daily activities.
  • Define, deploy, and continuously improve an effective governance process for TGO in conjunction with transformation and lean management principles.
  • Provide guidance to the EVP, TGO in the management of their priorities.
  • Facilitate TGO leadership team routines and processes, including preparation of materials for business reviews, management meetings, steering committees, and strategic site visits.
  • Identify and seize opportunities to simplify business processes to emphasize value-added work.
  • Foster strong relationships with the Operations Leadership Team and other key stakeholders to coordinate TGO activities.
  • Bridge communication and collaboration gaps between the EVP, TGO, the Executive Management Team, the Operations Leadership Team and other key leaders.
  • Demonstrate and role-model Teva leadership principles.
  • Review Activities of the Operations Leadership Team to ensure alignment on priorities.
  • Track TGO performance and progress on strategic priorities in partnership with central functions.
  • Manage and prioritize TGO leadership external conference engagements for value.
  • Identify performance risks and secure achievement of TGO objectives and KPIs.
  • Analyze market intelligence and internal trends to advise the EVP, TGO and the Operations Leadership Team.
  • Lead cross-TGO strategic projects as needed.
  • Enable a positive work environment and a high-performing culture.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in roles requiring strategic planning and facilitation skills.
  • Leadership experience in global pharmaceutical operations required.
  • Previous experience or training in management consulting strongly preferred.
  • Ability to organize, lead, and execute multiple assignments, managing complex projects and delivering results.
  • Strong strategic agility, broad perspective, business and financial acumen.
  • Sound problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
  • Diplomacy and interpersonal skills with cross-functional, multicultural collaboration.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, influence audiences, and lead change management internally and externally.
