Chief of Staff & Investor Relations Lead

Role: Chief of Staff and Investor Relations Lead supporting executive leadership at a clinical-stage biotech focused on genome editing (ARCUS platform). Responsibilities: act as trusted counsel to CEO and CFO, manage internal strategic projects, coordinate Board interactions, and enhance cross-functional alignment; lead investor relations and corporate communications, including external stakeholder engagement, investor events, and messaging consistency. Requirements: BA/BS with 10+ years in biotech/pharma industry, experience in investor relations, public relations, or corporate strategy; strong project management, communication, and analytical skills; scientific background and understanding of biotech marketplace; high emotional intelligence and discretion. Preferred: MBA, prior management consulting or investment banking experience, SEC knowledge. High-Value: biotech (genome editing, gene correction therapies), senior leadership and Board interface, extensive travel (up to 50%), remote work option with periodic travel to Durham, NC.
