Chief of Staff

Role: Chief of Staff to the Institute's Executive Director, serving as a scientific and strategic partner to facilitate decision-making and program execution across complex neurobiological research initiatives. Responsibilities: manage the executive’s operating rhythm, synthesize technical information for strategic decisions, coordinate scientific collaborations internally and externally, and support high-priority projects from inception to completion. Requirements: Ph.D. or equivalent with 5-12+ years in life sciences, blending deep scientific expertise (e.g., genomics, neuroscience, computational biology) with proven project management and communication skills; experience translating technical work for diverse audiences is essential.
