Role: Chief Architect for Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine sector, leading the development and governance of enterprise technology architecture across R&D, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions. Objectives: establish sector-wide architectural vision, principles, standards, and reference models to enable scalable, secure, compliant, and AI-ready solutions aligned with business strategies. Responsibilities: define future-state blueprints, drive modernization and platform simplification, lead a global team of 20+ architects, promote architecture best practices, and ensure interoperability and reuse across the value chain. Incorporate emerging technologies like GenAI to enhance architecture processes and decision-making. Requirements: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related; 15+ years of technology leadership with enterprise or sector architecture experience; proven success managing global architecture teams; expertise in cloud, data platforms, AI/GenAI, cybersecurity, and digital ecosystems. Preferred: experience applying AI-assisted methods to architecture, healthcare or regulated environments, familiarity with TOGAF and modern delivery models.
