Role Responsibilities
- Be the single point of contact for long-term partner/customer relationships to drive success and scale.
- Qualify and manage new health-tech partner relationships from sourcing through execution and scale.
- Own assigned partnerships end-to-end: structuring, negotiation, and contracting with Legal and key stakeholders (Finance, Compliance, Business Units).
- Support US Primary Care priorities (e.g., Obesity/GLP-1 ecosystem) by sourcing and managing portfolio partnerships in coordination with Strategic Partnerships & Alliance Management.
- Build and operationalize DTC/DTP partnerships (e.g., PfizerForAll, TrumpRx, Cash Pay; online pharmacies; telehealth) to expand patient access.
- Use alliance management discipline (governance, KPI tracking, structured performance reviews).
- Develop channel-specific strategies using qualitative/quantitative insights; identify/develop/close partnerships for mutual value.
- Build cross-functional channel sales pipeline; provide progress business reviews to senior leadership.
- Represent partners at internal/external forums; attend relevant conferences to expand relationships.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA plus 8+ years in biopharma, healthcare, digital health, or related ecosystem.
- Proven marketing/strategic leadership; scaling new business models; managing complex projects and meeting revenue goals.
- Digital health partner/ecosystem partnership experience.
- Success in partnership/corporate development with structuring/negotiating partnerships driving revenue/impact.
- Strategic thinking, strong collaboration in matrix environments, executive presence, and excellent written/oral communication.
