Center Supervisor

Role: Supervise daily plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient donor collection and compliance with SOPs. Responsibilities: oversee staff performance, facilitate donor flow, monitor staffing and attendance, conduct error investigations, support performance appraisals, assist with recruitment, maintain accurate data entry, promote safety and confidentiality, and ensure a clean work environment. May contribute to marketing initiatives and cross-train in technical areas. Qualifications: high school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; minimum 1 year supervisory experience overseeing team activities; strong communication, organization, and safety awareness. High-Value: plasma collection, donor management, SOP compliance, OSHA/Health Safety policies, potential involvement with hyper immune programs. WorkSetup: primarily onsite; overtime and extended hours required; physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and use of PPE.
